I started RoniB's Kitchen as a homage to the flavours I grew up with — food that is comfort and love, simple yet complex, packed with character, and for too long, underrepresented. Thai, Chinese, Japanese, Vietnamese — these cuisines are celebrated the world over. I've always believed Filipino food belongs in that conversation.
