What is Adobo Sauce?

Adobo Sauce is a cooking sauce you can use with any meat, fish, shellfish or vegetables. A jar is good for 500g-750g of meat. Use less for fish, shellfish or vegetables. The taste profile is sour, salty and sweet.

How do I cook with Adobo Sauce?

Depending on your choice of main ingredient, cook it covered until tender then continue cooking uncovered until of sauce consistency. If cooking meat, add water if meat is not yet tender and the sauce is drying.

Is the Adobo Sauce spicy hot?

No, it is not spicy hot. It is more sour, salty and sweet.

How spicy hot are the chilli products?

Our chilli products are sensibly hot. The oils are medium hot while the pastes are extra hot due to the addition of scotch bonnets but not too much that it will burn your mouth.

This is chilli with finesse. Any of our chilli products will enhance the flavour of your dish and the spiciness comes in the background and tickles your taste buds.

What makes your BBQ marinade different from other barbecue sauces?

Our BBQ marinade celebrates the tropical flavour of pineapples together with Christmas spices like nutmeg, star anise and cinnamon to give you a festive taste with a nice peppery bite.

What makes your products different from others?

All our products are made with quality plant-based ingredients, which are free from artificial preservatives, colourings and flavourings.

They are suited for vegetarians and vegans alike.

Shipping

How can I change the delivery address?

Sign in to your account and go to “my account”. From there you can change all your contact information.

What are the delivery charges?

Delivery charges are based on weight. You can see the shipping fees on the checkout process before the payment is made.

Can I track my order?

Yes, we will provide you with the tracking code of your order when the parcel has been sent. This is usually sent via email.

When can I expect my order?

Orders are usually shipped within 2-3 business days from receipt.

How much is the shipping cost?

Shipping costs are based on weight and your location. Our system will automatically show the appropriate shipping costs based on total order weight and location during checkout. Shipping costs are also indicated in our Shipping Policy.

Changing the shipping address?

You can easily change your shipping address on your account. You just need to login and click “my account” and “edit”. You can also change the shipping address during the checkout process if required. Just click “edit” below “shipping address”.

Promos & Offers

How can I apply the promo discount on my order?

If you have been given a special promo discount, place this promo code in the box indicated during checkout for the discount to apply.

How can I get an offer for bulk discounts?

We usually offer free shipping for orders above £40. Once you are on the checkout page, you will see the Promo Code, which you will have to copy into the Promo box indicated to avail of the discount.

How can I order?

You can order easily using our online platform. When you find a product you need, you can add it to cart, login and go through the ordering process. After the order is ready, you will receive an order summary in your email. The order summary will also be stored in your account.

You can also easily make reorders afterwards by clicking the “reorder” button on any of your previously made orders. After clicking the “reorder” button the cart will open and you can change quantities or products.

Why should I buy online?

Speeding up the process: By ordering online you will get prices faster and you will be able to go through the order confirmation and payment process much faster. This could save days of your time.

Traceability: You will have easy access to all of your previous orders any time you want.

Reordering: you can make a re-order anytime based on your previous orders with only a couple of clicks. This will save time and effort as you don’t need to go through all the documents and emails from the past.

What information do I input when ordering?

Our online ordering system will ask for all the important information you should submit. If you live in a flat, kindly indicate your building name (if applicable), flat number and the floor. This will help our couriers find your address easily.

If you live in an area where finding your address is tricky, kindly please include any landmarks.

For all orders, please include your mobile number in case our couriers need to get in touch with you.

What payment methods can I use?

You can use all the major credit cards. We also accept PayPal payments.

Is VAT charged?

Our products are 0% VAT (zero-rated), however, shipping charges may include VAT.

What should I do if payment is not accepted?

Please try again in a little while. If the payment is still not accepted, please verify your account balance. If everything is as it should be, but you still can't make the payment, please contact sales@ronibkitchen.co.uk and notify us about the problem. We can manage the order manually.

Can I cancel my order?

If you want to cancel your order, after you have made a payment but we have NOT processed and shipped the parcel, please email us at sales@ronibkitchen.co.uk as soon as possible and we can cancel the order for you. We will also process a reimbursement less any banking fees.

If you change your mind and want to cancel your order after we have processed and shipped your order, then you will have to return the parcel to us, subject to our Returns Policy.

Do I have to order online?

As we are an online shop, yes, we only accept orders placed in our online store or any of our other online shops in Amazon UK, Gourmet2Go, Online High Street, Melted Inside, and Etsy UK.

If you are a business, you can order through our trade partners Mahalo Soul, Fine Food Angel and Artisan Food Club.

You can also place wholesale orders through our B2B online platforms; Ankortore UK, Creote and Faire.

How do I create an account?

Go to this page www.ronibkitchen.co.uk/login and click “Create a new account”, then just fill in all the needed information and click “create”. After submitting the form, your account will be confirmed and you will be notified.

How can I retrieve my password?

You can retrieve your password by clicking Forgot password?

Instruction on password retrieval will be sent to your email.

How do I change my personal details or email address?

You can easily change all your information on your account. Go to the login page and log in, then click “my account” and “edit”.
