Ingredients
- 6 Scallops
- 150g butter
- 1 tbsp RoniB’s Kitchen garlic chilli oil
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Clean the scallops and pat dry with a kitchen towel
- Salt and pepper the scallops
- Place scallops in a baking dish and heat oven to 180C
- Melt butter and mix in the garlic chilli oil
- Drizzle butter mixture over the scallops
- Bake in the oven for 15 minutes or until cooked
