Ingredients

  • 6 Scallops
  • 150g butter
  • 1 tbsp RoniB’s Kitchen garlic chilli oil
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Clean the scallops and pat dry with a kitchen towel
  2. Salt and pepper the scallops
  3. Place scallops in a baking dish and heat oven to 180C
  4. Melt butter and mix in the garlic chilli oil
  5. Drizzle butter mixture over the scallops
  6. Bake in the oven for 15 minutes or until cooked
  7. Serve with a side salad, Enjoy!
