Adobo is the Philippines' national dish — and this is where RoniB's Kitchen began.

This is our original flagship product. A family recipe built on the holy trinity of Filipino cooking: cider vinegar, soy sauce, and garlic, blended with aromatic spices into a sauce that is at once sharp, savoury, and deeply satisfying. One jar does the work, so you don't have to.

Use it as a marinade, a braising sauce, or a glaze. It works with chicken, pork, fish, tofu, and vegetables — and it makes everything taste like it's been slow-cooked with intention.

How to use it: One jar is perfectly portioned for 500g of meat. For fish or seafood, use half a jar — lightly fry first, then reduce the sauce separately and combine. For vegetables and tofu, a few teaspoons into a braise is all it needs. Always let the vinegar cook out before stirring, and if you want something richer, add a splash of coconut milk toward the end.
