Ingredients
- 50ml olive oil
- 500g beef sirloin or frying steak thinly cut
- half a bulb of garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 25g butter

Garlic chilli oil, drizzle at the end for a spicy kick
Directions
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl except for the oyster sauce and butter. Marinade overnight or at least 1 hour.
In a very hot pan (no oil needed), add the beef mixture.
Fry beef until cooked about 15-25 minutes. Mix/stir constantly.
- Add the oyster sauce and mix.
- Add in the butter until dissolved.
- Remove from heat.
- Transfer to a serving dish and serve with rice and atchara (pickled vegetables).
Drizzle some Garlic Chilli Oil for a nice little kick
