Ingredients
- 1 kg chicken thighs skin on
- 1/2 cup RoniB's Kitchen Ihaw Ihaw BBQ Marinade
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup wholegrain mustard
- 3 tbsp pineapple juice
- ground pepper to taste
Directions
- Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and marinade for at least 2 hours. Overnight is better.
- Preheat oven to 180C. Bring chicken to room temperature.
- Oil a roasting tin and pour the chicken with the marinade.
When oven is ready, put in the roasting tin with the chicken and bake for 35-45 minutes or until chicken is cooked.
Serving suggestion
Serve with rice, fries or salad.
