Ingredients

  • 400g green beans, trimmed
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1–1½ tbsp RoniB’s Kitchen Garlic Chilli Oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely sliced
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • Optional: toasted sesame seeds or fried shallots for topping

Directions

  1. Blanch the beans:: Bring a pot of salted water to the boil. Add green beans and cook for 3–4 minutes until crisp-tender. Drain and immediately rinse under cold water to stop the cooking.

  3. Toss in the blanched green beans and stir for 2 minutes to heat through.
  4. Stir in Garlic Chilli Oil. Season with salt and black pepper.
