Ingredients
- 400g green beans, trimmed
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1–1½ tbsp RoniB’s Kitchen Garlic Chilli Oil
- 2 cloves garlic, finely sliced
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- Optional: toasted sesame seeds or fried shallots for topping
Directions
- Blanch the beans:: Bring a pot of salted water to the boil. Add green beans and cook for 3–4 minutes until crisp-tender. Drain and immediately rinse under cold water to stop the cooking.
- Sauté: Heat oil in a large pan. Add sliced garlic and cook gently for 30 seconds until fragrant (not browned).
- Toss in the blanched green beans and stir for 2 minutes to heat through.
- Stir in Garlic Chilli Oil. Season with salt and black pepper.
