Black Ice Cream

Ingredients

  • 480 ml double cream
  • 1 can condensed milk
  • 1/4 cup activated charcoal (10 g)
  • 1/4 teaspoon zorbit

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl
  2. Transfer mixture in an ice cream maker and churn
  3. Transfer ice cream mixture in a container
  4. Store in freezer
